SCHOOL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
三年级及以下班级值班家长及志愿者职责
1.
值班家长及志愿者应于1:50pm准时到校签到(check
in)
2.
需早到10分钟盘查教室里桌椅仪器设备(放置)状态
3.
在教室期间:
·
协助教师维持教学秩序,
负责学生行为举止的安全
·
监督和制止学生乱跑,
打闹,
乱动教师办公桌上物品、教室内的计算机、
钢琴、图书等其它教学设备或资产
·
监督和制止学生在课桌、黑板、墙壁及校内任何地方涂写
·
监督和制止学生在教室内饮食食品(包括口香糖)和饮料
·
保持学校及教室环境清洁,
不随地扔纸张或其他杂物
4.
课后检查使用过的教室，保证教室内课桌、黑板、墙壁的清洁整齐，课桌椅恢复课前状态，锁好门窗，分发学校通知等
5.
如果遇到物品被损坏或任何异常情况应立即向校方报告,
以便我校能及时地采取必要的补救
的措施,
避免影响我校声誉
6.
当班教师最后要在值班表上签字,
学期结束时该表要交到校务长处
三年级及以上班级家长值班手册
1.保持良好的学校秩序和学生安全是学校的目标.
为了达到这个目标,
每个星期,
学校将安排部分学生家长值班.
2.轮流参加值班工作,
是每位学生家长应尽的职责.
3.每位学生家长应检查和记住您的值班日期。您随时可以到学校网站（
www.hxch.org)
查询您的值班日期。
4.因故不能值班者,
自己负责找人对调值班并提前通知学校，学校不负责重新安排.
5.值班家长应于1:50pm准时到校签到(check
in)
并领取值班袖标,
到指定区域值班。值班时间包括全部中文课和文化课 ( 2:00pm至
4:50pm).
值班后在签到表上签出(check out)
并退还值班袖标。
6.值班期间,
值班家长不可离开其负责区域,
值班家长的职责包括:

·

7.为了对广大学生和家长负责，学校对不认真负责值班工作的失职家长,
将予以酌情处理。除了值班押金不予退还外，如因值班失职造成经济损失,
该值班家长还应对所造成的经济损失负一定的责任。

Student Conduct Codes
1.
爱护学校的设施，严禁破坏学校的一切设施。若有发生，将予以退学处理,
并由家长负责全部赔偿。情节严重者，将追究法律责任。
2.
不骂人打架，不偷窃和任何违法行为。若有违反，将视情节给予处理，包括停课，退学，以及交当地执法机关处理。
3.
不得玩或拉报警器,
违反者当场退学并交当地执法机关处理。
4.
不在课桌、黑板、墙壁及校内任何地方涂写，更不可书写不文明的语句。若有违反，将予以停课和退学处理。
5.
不在教室内饮食食品(包括口香糖)和饮料。
6.
尊敬老师，遵守上课纪律。按时到学校上课，不迟到，不早退。如因故缺席须由家长向学校请假。因故早退须向老师请假。
7.
按时完成老师布置的家庭作业。参加测验,
期中和期末考试。
8.
保持学校环境清洁,
不随地扔纸张或其他杂物。
1. Mind the properties owned/used by the school. Damage of any forms to
the properties will be handled seriously and may result in suspension or
expulsion. The parents will incur all costs. Legal actions will be taken
against severe cases.
2. No fighting, theft or any other forms of misconducts. Violations will
lead to suspension, expulsion or prosecution.
3. No tempering with fire alarms. Any violations will result in an
immediate expulsion and handover to the law-enforcement authority for
legal actions.
4. No defacing, scripting, or smearing on desks, white/black boards,
walls or other school properties. Violations will lead to suspension or
expulsion.
5. No food or drinks (including chewing gums) allowed in the classrooms.
6. Show proper respect to teachers and school staff and observe class
rules. Be on time for classes. No classes-cutting. Absence from classes
has to be reported by the parents to the teacher in advance. Early
leaving needs the teacher’s permission.
7. Finish homework promptly. Be prepared for all quizzes, mid-term and
final examinations.
8. No littering on the school properties.

The success of Huaxia Chinese School
depends on the support and cooperation from student families and
parents. To better serve the purpose of Chinese education, we ask our
parents to comply with the following guidelines
Pay close
attention to the school's schedule. Provide a valid email address to
receive notices sent by the school admin team and visit the school's
website (www.hxch.org)
to get information about activities/notices.
一
按家长会的安排,
根据家长值日手册按时做好家长值日工作。值班家长负责维护教学秩序和学生安全，清理及检查课后教室及校内环境，分发学校通知等。对没有履行家长值日义务的家长，值班押金将不予退还。
Follow the Parent On-Duty Handbook to perform parent on- duty work as
arranged by the School staff or PTA. On-duty parents are responsible for
keeping school order, student safety, classroom clearance and
distributing school notices, etc. The parent on-duty deposit will not be
returned if the parent did not perform the duty.

关心自己孩子在学习上的进步和困难，了解孩子的作业情况、老师的要求、和学校的通知，督促孩子完成老师、学校布置的任务。多和老师进行交流，配合老师帮助孩子学好中文。
Pay close attention to your kid’s study, monitoring his/her progress and
homework assignment; identifying problems or difficulties, communicating
with his/her teacher to provide help to the kid.

按时接送孩子上下学。上课时请把孩子一直送到指定的教室，不要把他们留在街区或停车场即离去。放学后来接孩子，请提前10-15分钟到。对接孩子屡次迟到半小时以上的家长，学校在提出警告后保留采取罚款等其它处罚措施的权利。
Please send your kids all the way to the assigned classroom; don’t drop
off your kids on the street or parking lot. Pick up your kids on time
after school. Arrive 10 – 15 minutes earlier. HXCSCH reserves the right
to give warning, fine or other penalty if a parent is repeatedly late
for picking up the student for more than half an hour.

服从学校的分班和课室的安排，不可把孩子随便带入其它课堂上课。对分班安排或老师教学有任何意见要求，请向校务机构反映商量。只有在老师建议和校方同意之后，学生才可转班，家长切不可自行闯入教室与老师发生争执。
Follow the class assignment by the school. Parents are not supposed to
take their children to attend another class as they please. Should the
parents have any opinion about the class arrangement or about the
teaching, they should relay that to the school Administration. Students
can only be transferred or placed with the proposal of the teacher and
the approval of the Administration. Please do not dispute the issue with
the teacher directly in the classroom.

学生上课时，未经老师允许，家长不能随便进入教室听课，亦不能拥挤在门口或在走廊上大声喧哗，以免影响老师上课。
Please get the teacher’s permit before entering or sitting in on a
class. Avoid forming a crowd in front of the classroom and making noises
during the class.

爱护学校财产,
维护楼道、教室、厕所的整洁卫生；见到地上的垃圾请主动捡起,
扔入垃圾箱。
Take good care of school properties, keep hallways, classrooms and
restrooms clean. Clean up any waste paper or garbage generated by
students.

对孩子损害的公物或自己的违规负责任,
按时交上罚金或赔款。
Pay for any item damaged by your kids or fines that incurred by your
kids or yourself due to the violations of the school regulations.
八
遵守停车场的规则和校规，不阻塞停车场公共车道和楼道里的公共走道。
Do not park in the illegal area or block public area in the parking lot
or school building.
九
积极参加家长大会及与老师的座谈会。听取教学、办学、财务等报告。随时向校委会，家长会提出有关意见和建议。在人力、物力和财政方面尽可能给予中文学校以支持和帮助。
Attend parent meeting/conference; Hearing school academic and financial
reports; Making proposals, recommendations to the school administration
and lending physical and financial support to the school.
